Is your Gmail settings correctly set up?

Learn how to check your Gmail settings to make sure they are not bypassing your Scribe email signature.

1. Go to Gmail settings

   Ensure that your Gmail settings are not bypassing the Scribe signature. In the “on reply/forward use” dropdown, select “my signature.”

   
2. Ensure the Plain Text option is disabled

   Make sure the Plain Text mode is turned off when composing emails. If Plain Text is enabled, your signature will not display correctly.
