How to read the status
Hover over the bottom of any signature card to see the full status breakdown:- Design — Whether the signature design has been published or is still in draft
- Teammates — How many teammates are assigned to this signature
- Installation — How many teammates have the signature successfully installed
Status colors
Each indicator uses one of two colors:| Color | Meaning |
|---|---|
| 🟢 Green | Complete — design is published, teammates are assigned, or signatures are fully installed |
| 🟡 Yellow | Needs attention — draft design, no teammates assigned, or installation incomplete |
Design status
- Published (green) — The signature design is finalized and ready to install. Any changes you publish are automatically pushed to your teammates.
- Draft (yellow) — The signature has unpublished design changes. Teammates still see the last published version until you publish the updates.
Teammates status
- X assigned (green) — One or more teammates are assigned to this signature
- No teammate assigned (yellow) — No teammates have been assigned yet
Installation status
- X/X installed (green) — The signature has been installed for all assigned teammates
- X/X installed (yellow) — Not all assigned teammates have the signature installed yet (e.g., “0/1 installed”)
Stats bar
The three counters at the top of the Signatures page summarize the same information across your entire workspace:- Created — Total number of signatures
- Assigned teammates — How many teammates have a signature assigned out of your total team size (e.g., “1/9”)
- Installed signatures — How many signatures are installed out of the total that should be (e.g., “0/1”)
