Stats bar
At the top of the page, three counters give you a real-time overview:- Created — The total number of signatures in your workspace
- Assigned teammates — How many teammates have been assigned a signature out of your total team size
- Installed signatures — How many signatures have been successfully installed out of the total assigned
Folders
Folders let you organize your signatures by department, brand, country, or any other grouping that makes sense for your team. For example, you might create folders like “Marketing France”, “UK Operations”, or “Sales DACH”. Click on a folder to see the signatures inside it, with a breadcrumb navigation to go back to all signatures. Each folder card shows the folder name and how many signatures it contains.
