Small to mid-size companies (5–50 employees)
For smaller teams, one person can typically handle the entire setup. This is usually someone from the Marketing department or a company founder who has admin access to the email provider (Google Workspace or Microsoft 365). Since they have the permissions to connect integrations, sync the team directory, and design signatures, no coordination with other departments is needed.Mid-size to enterprise companies (50–5,000+ employees)
