The “User Not Found on Front” message means Scribe could not locate a user account with a matching email address in Front. Until the addresses line up, Scribe can’t install that teammate’s signature in Front.

Why this happens

Scribe matches each teammate to their Front account by email address. The error is raised when:
  • The teammate’s email in Scribe doesn’t exactly match their email in Front — often a typo, an alias, or a different domain.
  • The teammate doesn’t have an active Front account.

Compare the two email addresses

Open the teammate in Scribe and check that their email matches their Front email address exactly — same spelling, same domain, no alias.

Correct any discrepancy

Fix the mismatched address in Scribe (or in Front) so both sides use the same email, then retry installing the signature.

Confirm the Front account is active

Make sure the teammate has an active Front account associated with that email address.
