Data collected overview

Scribe collects and processes certain types of data to provide its services. Here is an overview of the categories of data we handle.

Customer personally identifiable information

Scribe collects and processes customer personally identifiable information (PII) such as names, email addresses, job titles, and phone numbers. This data is synced from your email provider (Google Workspace or Microsoft 365) and is used to manage your workspace and generate email signatures.

Credit card information

Scribe processes credit card information through our payment provider, Stripe. We do not store raw credit card data on our servers. All payment processing is handled securely through Stripe.

Personal health information

Scribe does not collect or process personal health information (PHI).
