Control self assessments

We perform control self assessments at least annually to ensure that all security controls are in place and operating effectively. When findings are identified, corrective actions are taken promptly. If we have committed to an SLA for a specific finding, the corrective action is completed within that timeframe.

Data encryption in transit

Scribe uses secure data transmission protocols to encrypt all confidential and sensitive data when it is transmitted over public networks. This ensures your information stays protected while moving between systems.

Vulnerability and system monitoring

We have formal policies that outline the requirements for vulnerability management and system monitoring. These policies are reviewed regularly to ensure they align with current best practices.
