Data Stored in Scribe
Scribe collects and stores the following fields from BambooHR: User profile data: profile picture, first name, last name, and job title. Phone numbers: work phone, work phone plus extension, work phone extension, mobile phone, and home phone. Work details: department, division, and location. Address: address 1, address 2, city, state, zip code, and country. Other details: age and date of birth. Social profiles: LinkedIn URL, Facebook URL, Instagram URL, Twitter, and Pinterest.If you configured a
report_id when activating the integration, Scribe will only store the data included in that specific report.Scribe has read only access to your BambooHR data. We cannot edit anything in your BambooHR instance. Scribe is SOC 2 Type II compliant.
